a good idea, 'though i agree with the tighter crop, more texture stuff. or, crisper focus, possibly iwth a high pass layer, and a high contrast presentation.

i like it as is, but it needs a little oomph.

Photo wise though, I agree with the poster that a tighter crop with more detail and texture might have helped.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with previous post about tighter cropping, maybe on the middle chain showing more detail as sort of an abstract? just a thought. As an ex-John Deere mechanic I like the shot though, I have seen plenty of these, lol.

WAY WAY WAY underrated! I really like this shot alot. I can relate to it, for one thing. Sadly, those that don't ride very much might not recognize the perspective, but I thought it quite appropriate. Works for me! (And now I must go ice my knee, since my bike ride this afternoon included a low speed fall... I hate when that happens.) Happy riding!

It's sad (funny?) that so many DPCers have no sense of history. They don't realize that Impressionism was a movement that ended a hundred years ago. Good job on this.
