Your stop action is very subtle and alot of peole are probably missing it. some would expect a more extreme action shot rather than just wind blowing because the stalks could look like this in the very slightest of winds. I'm not sure if I would classify this as deep DOF. Your closest points are not as in focus as your furthest points, but it may be enough not to be too nitpicky about it. For me, my eyes are drawn across the center of the shot horizontally, which makes it hard to see a rule of thirds. As for aesthetic quality. I like the photo. I t probably could have been boosted by bumping up the brightness (curves layer).
