I'm not sure how long the exposure is here, but the water, which should be the star of the show, has been reduced to a flat grey sheet. It is a pretty image and the rest of the shot is powerful, but the water looks more like a negative space, imparting no drama and only the slighted reflections of the buildings. Another in a run of nice images where I m having trouble scoring them.

A full worthy PUBLISHED photograph would have more punch in it, which this lacks, but that doesn't meen this is not a full worthy photograph. I would go in and brightened the high lights and darkened the shadows where possible to add more punch. 9

I like the choice of B&W and the slight tone you added here. This got an average score on my scoring scale. The aggressive vignette, lack of "breathing room" above the peak, and a flatness/lack of contrast in the processing of the rocks and snow held me back from scoring it higher.
