Good bright colours and contrast. Good light and I like your theme of this aspect of the game (I never got picked much as a kid). A bit more space either side of the outside guys would make this a better shot I think but It's pretty good all round still.

Your title does not match the image.

How can I tell if these athletes want to actually be in the game? I can not tell by there back side. For all I know you have three kids in uniforms looking out into an empty field.

I could of received more info if you had at the very least one of these athletes with some emotion on their face. Sports is about emotion, not clean uniforms.

comp ok, light flat, color excellent, dof good, great texture, emotional value poor, overall a boring image.
