Hilarious! Who'da thunk generic peanut butter and heels could be so sexy. Hmmmm...the heels appear to be your size? Good title too. I would have removed the wall painting behind your foot though.

Uh oh, this might rival the Cheese Challenge. Looks like you have lost some weight! Looks like you redecorated also! As for the pic, good focus and warm tones.

Greetings from the Critique Club!

Aesthetic: I dont know what so say about this one - this seems to be somewhere between planned and candid shot. It looks very pleasing as colors compliment each other and the focus is as such that it draws my eye to the subject.

Technical: Well exposed, good DOF, crip colors. Thats it.

Challenge: The best thing about square crop is that anything would fit into it ...so no comments on this one :)

Conclusion: Ummm... I feel this is above average composition and should have scored a lit higher. As already said, the DOF is such that the attention is drawn to subject, which is good :) Another good thing is that the subject (Do I sound too "robot" when I use word "subject" for humans???) has natural frame would it. I dont if smile would have added a little more to this one :)

I'm by no means expert in area of photography. My comments are purely based on my limited understanding of technology and art behind digital photography. Apart from doing detailed evaluation of your submission, my intent is to learn different styles of photography by critically evaluating selective submissions. If you've got any questions about this critique, please feel free to contact me via email or PM.

Wish you a great day!

I think this is a really good shot. Great exposure, the shallow DOF works well, good composition, and of course the model doesn't hurt. No idea why it didn't score at least a point higher than it did.

I'm glad you got a new sofa and that you covered your butt this time. I only wish you covered up your give-a-way tattoo. It lost anon perspective for me, which I hold to high standard in challenge entries when voting, so that hurt you tremendously with my vote. My helpful comment to you would be to stay away from plaid briefs, and to get a high heel that fits. :)

LOL..I wanted to add that my son was talking to me when I happened to bring up your photo on my second go through. He immediately stopped talking, had a look on his face like a deer in the headlights and said "what the!". He then began to laugh and asked what in the WORLD this man was doing. I said he had to take a photo using two items and I told him the choices. All he did was laugh and say "mommy, he looks like a girl!"

Fotomann, you sure do know how to make others smile, so there is your ribbon, graphic blue/red/yellow or not.
