Pretty litte Chickadee and the OOF fall colors complement the bird, especially the reds near the red branches he's sitting on. I might try a tighter crop (especially on the right) to make that similarity even more apparent.

I like the red/orange tones of whatever is in the foreground of the picture. I'm not such a fan of the green out of focus part in the middle it distracts from an otherwise good photo.
