Macro self portrait!by FocusPointComment by Abra: I'm guessing FocusPoint and Sox?
Yes, this shot is awsome (if you don't say so yourself). It's a pity about the flash glare - or is that just the overhead light bouncing of your head
;-)
A couple of questions if I may. Is that a left handed camera? Oh, yeh, image "validated" so it really is your reflection. Couldn't you have repositioned yourself and your cat to remove the door an put youself in more light? It's not as if this sort of shot is hard to get? (JK)
I originally gave this an 8 and was tossing up whether to bump to 10 to acknowledge such photographer awsomeness or to slash it to 4 because of the OOF upper eyelid - so it stays at 8. Cheers. |

Country Life at workby FocusPointComment by ccarter: Very uninteresting. If you tried to move the tractor off center a little more it might have worked a bit better - and zoomed in a bit more to the farmer... and lose the fence in the foreground and did more to keep the sky from washing out so much. Also - there is more to life in farming then some guy running a tractor- looks like a lazy shot where you just got out of the car and snapped off a picture and tried to make it look artsy with a little Photoshop work - maybe it might have rated a 3 or so - but a 2 is the best I could give this. Pretty bad photo actually. Sorry - just how I feel. |

Far from home! by FocusPointComment by ccarter: Pretty cliched photo. Might be nice if you showed a little of her face. Not really all that interesting and the story isn't all that original. |

Country Life at workby FocusPointComment by docpjv: Another one of those disturbing thick 2 sided frames that only spoils an otherwise great photo. Terrible new trend. Love your monochrome post processing, though. |
