Sweet Serenityby necrosentientComment by Beagleboy: This could have been more interesting if cropped or compsed diffrently. The eye searches for either feet or the top of the head, which are both absent. Also the items on the floor to the right of the subject are quite distracting. Nice lighting but over exposed near the bottom and top. I would also suggest a shirt without any words or images since people will focus on that instead of the image as a whole. |

"Short Stories with Tragic Endings"by necrosentientComment by Swashbuckler: I'm sorry, but I don't recognize your song title, no problem, I'm not scoring down for my lack of knowledge, just letting you know the song might be a little too obscure. I would have liked stronger contrast for this shot. 6 Swash |

"Short Stories with Tragic Endings"by necrosentientComment by dodobird: Wow what a moving photo and it sure fits the title of the song. I am not one who really enjoys B&W and in this case I don't think it adds anything to the shot. It really doesn't make the tombstone pop. I think I may have even done a tighter crop on the stone so as to not catch all the stones and crosses in the background. But overall good shot.7.
Take my comments for what they are worth for I am just a novice with a new camera. Dodo |
