I love the old-fashioned feel to your pic. The bottle is a little battered and gives the impression it has been around a lot, and this adds to the charachter of your photo. Nice work!

From the image I see, shouldn't the title be "Nee aux Etats Unis"???

Nice treatment of the challenge!

Greetings from the Critique Club!
I can see how this fits the challenge, being a "wheel" it is fundamental to most of our modern transportation. And yes, it does transport stuff! I'm afraid most people didn't quite see it that way though.
Don't be discouraged. It happens to everyone. A lot of times if you don't adhere to the strictest interpretation, your image doesn't do well.
One of the major things that help people decide a score, is whether or not they'd hang it on their wall as art. If not, does it have a strong impact?
This isn't a bad picture, but it doesn't really hit the viewer dynamically.
Personally I like the coloring, and I immediately associate it with gardening, which I love. I like the rust too.
There is texture in the picture that adds interest. The shape of the wheel with the spokes is very nice.
I look forward to seeing more of your work....keep shooting!! :-)
Regards,

Grayce
