Nice shot, good concept.

The B&W conversion was done well, focus looks to be spot on.

Just nitpicking, but being further away from the background would have helped to throw it a bit out of focus, as it is a bit distracting. That would also get rid of the shadow cast on the background by the subject. The hightlights in the background also seem to be a bit blown out. Maybe use a darker background with a more suble texture?

I would have gone with a slightly more relaxed crop, do that the hats don't run into the edge of the frame. Would have been better if the left eye was either visible or completely hidden, it looks a bit strange being half there.

Great shot although borderline DNMC as the main subject isn't the lens cap, but the camera itself. However, marvelous capture of a flash, for all those that gave this photo less than 5, they should try to do the same thing and keep the amount of detail in it.
