Very washed out. It's tough to shoot into the sun. If you were using automatic settings, cameras have a hard time with such shots. Some color adjustments in software could have probably helped it some.

A bit soft and grainy on the chip. I think there is some camera shake going on in combo with a shallow DOF.

I think there is also a lot of JPEG compression going on here that is robbing you of some detail. Your file size of 71k when you could have used up to 200k bears this out. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.
