LOL! I love this photo. Great angle. Would be a bit better if not for the white thing in the background. While at work this weekend I was playing around with my P&S, getting ready for the challenge and took almost the exact same picture while trying out the macro function on it. Wish now I had not deleted all the photo's from that day.

I like the composition with the diagonal lines, and the DOF is very nice. I also like the b&w conversion and the grain. The detail is amazingly clear, right down to the little strands of dust. I really don't have any suggestions for improving this.

I like the abstractness of the photo, the usb plug on top gives me a story that you have just disconnected something from your pc ... probably your camera!! The cable in the background is a little off putting though

Nice rendition of metallic textures, but not the most interesting subject. The background pinkish light against the orange border does not appeal to me at all.

Glad this one came up in the queue for me. I really enjoyed this shot. Great clean detail, nice DOF, fun moment captured, b&w conversion is spot on. I expected this to score over 6 (you were close). Maybe the main issue for voters was that it was more of a candid than an image of a specific body part. Personally I think you met the challenge, but other voters can be stinkers. For me, I find it a great image. A keeper for sure.
