Good title and nice idea. But I do not get the feeling of midnight blues?
It looks like it is on a kitchen counter?
On a nightstand or etc would have boosted the shot.
Did your also try to blur the second hand (Time exposure)?

Good colour and contrasts. Strong shapes save what could otherwise be a dull scene. I think I would have cropped the left side of the building though.

The photo could be a little sharper and the yellowish tint reduced. The angle doesn't really help the photo and there's no sense of a dream to it.
