Nice portrait. Something about the neck and the unnatural position of it throws off the balance. It seems like her head is shifted off the neck just a little bit to the right. Also, I have the feeling that she's looking through me, not at me, if you know what I mean. Actually, she looks like she hasn't settled down yet, like she's suspended in mid ear while readjusting her pose.
I'm stuck at the pose, you may say.

Not great exposure. All detail in the foreground is lost, but the edge of the cloud is blown out. Takes away emphasis from what could have been a strking tower.
