real man's choice.by kundimansabuwanComment by talj: Again a great use of depth of field here and the focus on the bottle is excellent. I have to agree with some of your commenters, the lighting on the 'man' is quite harsh and may have lost you a few points but other than that, good work! :o) |

m i x t u r eby kundimansabuwanComment by talj: What a brilliant idea! I love your composition and the purple stands out nicely. The only thing that is a little distracting is I am not sure where your focus is. For me the purple should be your main point of focus but this doesnt look quite sharp enough in my opinion :o) |

diferent lines in line...by kundimansabuwanComment by talj: I can see your lines here and like your post processing. The only thing I would have changed would slightly quicker shutter speed. The 'whites' of the lights are a little too blown out :o) |

"Old Haven"by kundimansabuwanComment by talj: A well taken night image, you have set a good exposure making sure the lights on the buildings aren't blown out which is good. I love the low position you have as the viewer gets to see the detail and colours of the rope as well as the great backdrop. Well done :o) |

You seem to have got the hang of your depth of field and used it nicely here in this image. The image matches the challenge title nicely and had you submitted the original (and it been approved) I think this shot would have done very well :o) |
