I have some problems with this shot. the first is for the composition, the model is too much in the middle of the frame. the second is for the background it isn't ironed and i think that don't work. the model pose is good. I think that you can build a better version of this shot.

Your biggest flaw is the background -- the wrinkles of the sheet are REALLY distracting. The same goes for being able to see where the sheet ends, as well as the uneven lighting on it. You need to get a larger sheet with a more distributed light source and but some distance between you and it so the sheet is not in focus. And iron it, if possible.

The pose is dramatic, but I'm not sure I'd have the left hand at the head like that.

OK... the clothing is not quite form fitting enough to make this work for you. I'm not saying it had to be nude, but a silouette full-body should show the shape of the subject, not the clothing.

Some of the suggestions brought up earlier would easily improve this shot and would not take long to do either. I like the border in the pic, seems to work well. May want to dust off the reflective surface she is laying on next time...seems like camera find dust and smudges that our eyes dont (unless we are really being careful).
