I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Great use of blur (Lensbaby?) - I really like the grain and coloration too; the choices you have made make the viewer become more aware and thus to consider more the lighting and texture of your subject.

Critical stuff: Not much at all.

Overall: Your editing and shooting choices have brought much interest to an otherwise low interest scene.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Looks like it was shot at sunrise. The lighting is sublime. I love the all the subtle (and not so subtle) irony.
