The compression effects of the telephoto lens really helps created concentric circles. To me, that's even more pleasing than a normal inside the dome photo.

For geometric subjects like this, I think it works best if you are perfectly centered or obviously purposefully asymmetrical.

I have the feeling this photo could be so much more. The colors feel washed out and the focus seems off. i'm not trying to be mean, this is just an honest critique.

Obvious tripod use: Medium. Nothing in this image really stands out to me as requiring a tripod. While I'm sure you used one, the obvious factor isn't there for me.

Hard to judge this one. It's near sunset, so unless you were shooting wide open with a fast lens and a high ISO, it could have been done handheld. It would have worked better had you done a longer exposure to smooth out the water by eliminating the minor ripples.
