I like the wide lens perspective, it really gets him in your face. It looks wider than the end of your 17mm, funky stuff. The environment suits it well too. The whole package kind of creeps me out, though, and I don't know if it's supposed to. :-)

Great shot tho, perfect timing, and altho I am not a fan of clowns ( and even less a fan of doods on stilts, but that is another story) they do provide beautiful colours for the shot...

This was one of my favorites, too. I love the juxtaposition of the types of telephones and how the light post separates them. Nice, seedy feel to the area, too.

I gave this a 7 and never got a chance to come back to it, or I would have bumped it higher. Excellent capture, a real energy between the people and the architecture: the bars, the signs, all give a sense of alienation, while the phones give a sense of connection, but an ironic sense, since they are not talking to each other.
