Sorry.. I posted on it at home but I might have done it wrong. Anyways.. heres what I said.

I like the negative space on it. I like the composition. I also like the diagonal style you got going here. The only thing that I would do different is maybe make the palm tree a little lighter. Make it stand out a bit more, but as it is there is a great line guiding your eye to the top.

I'm a big fan of many of your shots Jay. This one has nice clouds and a good angular comp, and great color. However, the pattern and angles aren't strong enough to make it abstract, and there's not really enough of a tangible subject of interest to make the shot.

I'm not really sure what you saw in the scene. Perhaps you were going for a sexual symbolism shot? I can see it, but it's a stretch with this composition.

To me, perhaps with more building, the shot would become more interesting. But I understand if you had another subject in mind.

Wonderful shot. Those clouds behaved fairly well for you didn't they. The spot lighting adds that sort of ViewMaster depth.
