to be honest I didnt get the California connection. To me It looks like a few thugs burnt out some cars. I was one of your 4's. The title really put me off track.

I like the wide angle and inclusion of the trees and mountains as the environment helps to tell a story. This appears to be a significant newsworthy story. Should do well.

Its a bit too far back for a paper/mag, and the title wouldn't work either, perhaps a reshoot from the side in BW would work better. Good luck

I like the symmetry of your image. With your image, I find the title distasteful and in poor humor, but that's me and I certainly don't hold that against the photo itself.
