What I like about this: The colour of water in the glass and the way it matches the colour of the toothbrush handle. The highlight in the toothpaste gel. The reflection of the brush itself. The light and shadow in the area of the bottom of the glass.
What I don't like: That I can see smear marks on the surface which kind of distort the reflection of the head of the toothbrush - I appreciate it may be deliberate. The composition - it doesn't quite feel balanced to me though it's reasonably strong - I personally would crop just a small touch tighter at the bottom and would like to see the glass extend higher at the top, so crop less there, perhaps.

Love the subtle hint of blues and greens in this photo. The black background works really well to help focus our attention on the tooth brush and the reflection helps add to the overall appeal of this shot. Very well done
