Sky Diversby raishComment by fencekicker: Swimming through the sky. :) wish the lighting weren't quite so harsh. May have been better if you had captured this when the sun were lower in the sky. |

Through a Glass Darklyby raishComment by klstover: The reason I like this photo is for the mood that it envokes. It feels like it could be part of a scene from a movie about gods and goddesses and ancient heros and talking dragons. |

Vigeland's Worldby raishComment by klstover: I like this instance of framing a lot but I feel that there is a bit much to take in, with the foreground and background competing for my attention. I would have prefered to have the edges of the square of the metal to be parallel with the crop of the picture, because the slanted lines are one more thing for my attention to be drawn to. However, the colors are good and I like the composition (where the monument is relative to the metal figures). Very interesting choice of subject and although busy, I do like this photo. |

Sky Diversby raishComment by levyj413: Boy, this looks familiar. I'm sure I've seen it elsewhere on DPC. Nice perspective, though. |

Sky Diversby raishComment by JunieMoon: Your composition really shows perspective. Definitely very good that way. Not sure that the really dark shadows on the divers are a good thing. |

This is interesting. I like what you were going for. Some small problems for me, though, the building in the backround is more of a distraction than anything. That probably couldn't be fixed though so that's hardly your fault. Maybe a different time of day could have helped a bit, too. I find myself wishing the sky divers were either less shadowed, or had less reflection.
Nice perspective though, which is the name of the challenge, so I commend you on that. Very nice placement, gives a feeling of motion like they are zipping past. |

Ghost Writers on the Stormby raishComment by raish: Thanks, Achoo - thanks Post - thanks everyone who left comments.
Sorry about the lack of comment from my side, dr A, I realised it only too late to help you out.
'Ghost Writer' would probably have been enough for the title. It might have been an idea to leave the jacket open in order to demonstrate that there's no one in it.
I think I had a 'Pirates of the Carribean' thing going through my head when I was shooting. Should have made a hook for the other hand... |
