and framing.
my nitpicks for this image would be to lose the items in the window as they draw the eye away from the cat and maybe try to get the photo with more white in it rather than the grey it seems to be.
Otherwise you've done a great job.

The Strange Case of the Cat in the Night-Timeby raishComment by raish: Dodged, yes - although not with the PS 'dodge' tool. It was easy enough to mark out the cat, sharpen a bit there and desaturate the rest. I selected and desaturated the rail he's walking on too, as there was a fair bit of colour in that from the flash.

I got cat class and I got cat styleby raishComment by raish: Lot of perspective distortion. He's about 30 yards away and forty feet below the camera. It's about four or five in the afternoon with people coming home from work. He occasionally turned his head, but essentially considered all comings and goings to be beneath him.
