I'm having trouble with the composition. The bulk of the shot seems to be the blank wall and that is not interesting. The items on the table could be interesting, but they are blown out. The license plate on the scooter is also distracting. You did achieve a lens flare.

Perhaps not as interesting as your shot in city nightscapes, but there is a lot of interesting texture in the photo. It might have balanced better though if the rooftops were more on the level.

YOU got the right idea...VERY STRONG COLORS that SHERPET/I Like...
My SUGGESTION that ould make this POP for me is a SQUARE CROP re the BLACK AREA RIGHT BOTTOM with the AWESOME DIFFERENT BRIGHT COLORED BRAID AND POM POMS.....I hope you can see what I meant.....
