I would try and hold back on the blur a little bit. Her face looks a bit plasticy. Otherwise you have a good portrait here. I fills the frame and it has good lighting.

Good shot. The pearl earring is OOF, and it is half of the title. Stop it down a bit more and adjust the shutter speed. You got good lighting and exposure.

Lovely model, but you need to be far more subtle about skin smoothing. Especially at such close range, where you expect to always see a little skin texture, no matter how smooth the skin. You've got the right idea about not smoothing eyes, eyebrows and lips, but you're just using too much blur everywhere else. And that frame is just a distraction.
