From the standpoint of Street Photography, the person on the left gives the image action and humanity, however outside the confines of the challenge topic, I would prefer the composition without the figure. I like the large oval of the fountain filling the width of the frame, and I like the repeating yellows of the lights, building, tree, and fallen leaves. The dull light gives it an interesting atmosphere.

What I did not notice in the challenge are the two figures. One on the left and one on the right, seemingly moving around the fountain. It's like a future merry-go-round that is implied. What, at least that is what I see...
