Bang Bangby raishComment by CarlvanHeerden: The whole excersize is to see who can handle the lighting, exposure and timing of the fireworks the best. The combination of the different elements make it quite a challenge. This photgraph to me seems like an opt-out of the real issues at play in this challenge. |

New year New country Old moonby raishComment by SandyP: The photo is wonderful. I love moon photos, so I am automatically drawn to any photo that captures a beautiful moon.
I'm wondering the story behind the title ?? Have you recently moved? Where is this? Or is that for next week? :)

Bang Bangby raishComment by LadyK: hmm, too bad this is a bit blurry. makes me think of those bombs you can make out of wine bottles(i forgot what they're called). this photo could show a bit more of a story if it was a tad bit sharper, and maybe a change of angle or something |

New year New country Old moonby raishComment by Covert_Oddity: I like the stillness of the whole scene, the unmoving flag, the leaves on the ground, and the sky with the moon all make it look very quiet and still, and then you have the person walking through the middle of the shot, makes a perfect contrast to the rest. |

New year New country Old moonby raishComment by Ann: A nice start to the year. Technically pretty solid. All the vertical lines are vertical, as they should be. The moon and the lamp are both properly exposed. There's a little noise on the darker parts of the buildings, but not unreasonable. I haven't decided if the walking guy adds to the image or not. |

Across the Boardby raishComment by tnun: I enjoy this. The golden olive tones about the left player and the pale blue and pinky blond tones about the right wonderfully flesh out the colour of black vis a vis white in your original interpretation. (211/245? Golly, you'd think digital photographers would be better at numbers). |
