Such a shame the foreground buildings are cropped in this. I would have cropped out the tree on the right and probably the left to concentrate the eye a bit more on the horizon and that sky.

the crop is too tight on the bottom... tip the camera down more next time so that part of the house isn't cut off, but great shot!

I'm sure that I'm missing something here but I just didn't get it. I marked your shot a 4. The blur of the plant in the top right was a bit distracting as well as the papers going over the border line. Also, the colors seem a bit subdued and the words are not too sharp.

I hope some of this info is useful to you, I look forward to seeing more of your work!
