B&W Day 16 - Pinesby alexjackComment by SandyP: I've always loved these photos showing the trunks of trees in a forrest, but I've never seen one in a high key black and white like this. It looks awesome. Very unique and artistic. This one is another one that I could see selling -- and hanging on a wall.

Did you use filtered black and white? If so what colour.
This almost has an infra red feel to it. I love minimalism as well, and this is a great example of dead space working well.
Contrast and dof perfect and I can only agree that this would make an outstanding wall print
