Very good DOF but I am not sure that it adds a great deal to the composition. Strange how I can say things like this about other people's pictures when I wasn't able to compose mine right. It is still an 8.

Interesting composition. The pill bottle is on a slight angle, photo could have been rotated more effectively. The apple looks nice and crisp, although I wish the stem was more in focus. Nice colors. 7

Bonus for originality on this shot! And the title helps to make it as it is. Personally I would rather see the same shot without the pill bottle and with negative space instead, but always appreciate originality!
What are the specks on the apple? They are kind of distracting...
You DID do a dang good job lighting up both subjects!

excellent. Just seeing the immage, in my mind I could see the bottle of medicine "moving away". on the other hand, if it's moving it ain't still... very good though.
