I don't know about this thing being a pet, but it is a great picture. Your title is right on the money, too. Good DOF and crop, IMO. I could live without the odd little feathers coming out of the bottom left leg area since they are out of focus. There is also an odd little whisp coming off one of the upper feathers on the left side of the pic. Might have cloned that out. Anyway, great subject. After all the cats and dogs, it was nice to see a baby bird.
