It's nice to see photos from Oregon in the challenge. I like this image. It is well-light with multiple lights and the trees in bloom are a nice addition. It seems the photo is either a little too stark or a little overcontrasted, probably due to the brightness of the capital against the darkness of the sky. It's good to see home again.

I guess I didn't realize this one would be too abstract for some voters. It's a cloud with a hole in it, in the shape of a heart. As an added bonus, the edges of the clouds are showing irisation, a phenomenon where ice crystals bend the light, causing reds and other pastel colors to appear.
