Power Linesby TweetyCatComment by madison461: Here is a little bit of unsolicited advice from one who has been at the bottom here more than once.....Powerlines are the biggest pain in the butt for all photographers.....they are considered a distraction in a photograph and if you only have basic editing, you can't take them out! So, by knowing they are the bane of all photographer's existance, a shot of just the powerlines just doesn't appeal to the majority, especially on a site like this where the folks are ultra-critical.
Just my 2 cents, for what it's worth and I'm just trying to help. :-) |

Power Linesby TweetyCatComment by TheStick: Nice colors and a good fit to the challenge.
Improvement suggestions (MHO): Image is a little on the small side and lacks a "wow" factor. Sky is blown out which I find a little distracting also. |

Power Linesby TweetyCatComment by BakerBug: Welcome to DPC! One thing you shold always do is make sure you use the full size available to you when submitting a picture. People will generally score quite low for smaller shots. |

Power Linesby TweetyCatComment by yianisn: If the diagonal lines were missing, it would be an interesting pattern. But I guess you couldn't cut the power in the whole area, right (-: |

Power Linesby TweetyCatComment by ltlmschrisss: I like the pattern of the lines that are plaid like. Unfortunatly power lines are a popular subject so it seems a little drab when compared. |
