Not sure I can figure this out. The colored pieces appear to have a very soft focus, but the material they are on appears very sharp. That, to me, is strange. Good color. Not a lot of interest, but met the challenge. A bit dark. Don't like the background fading out to total black on this one. But not too bad over all. PTL 5

Nice simple, straightforward shot. Focus & composition are good. Lighting is maybe a bit too straight-on, some more shadows on the pieces would have livened them up a bit. Great idea to use denim as a background, makes a nice change from black. Well done.

Great idea, also like that they are placed on the fabric. The soft light (or their dim surface) makes them appear a little flat though.
