It's simple, but not. The tight crop works well and for a reason I can't quite put my finger on, I like that you're looking just slightly up at the camera. Lighting and softness are just right for this shot. Well done!

	bridge over dirty water by Jaded_Housewife Comment by cools98: I love the colors of this shot. The dark shadows leave something to be desired. This could be a great candidate for the Take Two challenge that is currently in the submitting process. Keep the composition and the saturation, and just work on getting more light down in the water area. Maybe a different time of day?

	Mother, Daughter, Wife, Nurse, Teacher, Photographer............Me by Jaded_Housewife Comment by jpochard: Not crazy about the shadow and the background, but the clarity, pose and crop of the face I like alot. Lighting is okay, in my opinion - not great, but adequate. I also like the title!

I think the composition is great and the focus is good too. I'm sure this negative image works out so much more interesting than the normal color shot.
