Like everyone says this looks like a great shot yet I too am not sure why!
All the usual elements that you would think need correcting like the sloping building etc seem to just add a mix here that really works - Don't change it! There is a little movement here also which adds a bit of edgyness. If there was one tiny thing I would do it would be to darken that whitish building behind the guy to match the top of it. Just so he stands out a little more as it's one of the few areas you can tell where you dodged it.
Still fab though.

Nice shot but I think the pillar thingy needs to be a bit lighter at the top, it gets gradually darker as you go up which distracts me from it.
