Technically spot on, tonality is very natural and real. The warm tones of her skin and stunning hair contrast nicely with the coolness of the sprinkling of snow. My only criticism is that this feels like it wants to be a "narrative" image and even if I'm not allowed to see what she sees, I wish my eye had a little more negative space to her right (viewer's left) to flow into. I love square cropped images but I think this one might be a little better with a wider ratio.
