My Pref: Should be neat imaged heavily to remove any grain/noise in the shadowed background and then sharpened to a hard pop. (USM and Highpass). Great crop. |

You shouldn't worry to much about the white balance in the camera. Take a gray card or a WhiBal as reference, shoot in RAW (if possible), and adjust the WB afterwards (but don't use auto WB when you do it this way). Think this macro could use a B&W conversion and a square crop. |
