Nice pickup of colors. Crop that up and really focus on those purple lines though. That is the most intriguing part of the photo.

The top right corner of the image is pretty distracting. foreground bokeh doesn't really work on the vertical plane; especially with the current composition (its right next to the subject, and draws my eyes away to the edge)

Very beautiful flower. i would have preferred a little tighter crop, but that is just me. i need to go to the arboretum, it is my favorite place.

Oh, pretty :-) I have a Star Magnolia just going out of bllom now, and have taken many pictures of the fuzzy buds progressing to flowers. Nice subject for this time of year (in my part of the world, anyway).

excellent condition for such and old coin. My only complaint with the picture is that the feathers on the coin aren't showing up very well. It is so hard to light shiny surfaces like this. I wonder if a more direct head on shot would have helped this?

I like it ok just the lighting, if you brighten it then you would wash out the one coin. So probably the best you would get with this one.
