As far as technical photography is concerned, the only thing missing is something out of focus in the foreground.
As far as composition is concerned, what on earth is the point of that bowl?

As far as creativity and respectable picture taking are concerned, if I could have created something like this in my first five years of photography, I would have felt like I was on top of the world. Congratulations on a fantastic overall image. You even got the yellow background on the name/rx ###.

So.... Do you work in the medical field then?

this would be stronger with a bit more contrast. the most exciting part for me is the 'dust' cloud created by the pressure being released. I wonder if the background could be isolated a bit better.
