Definitely better, but I'd do it on a layer mask so that you can put the eyes back to their original look. They are, IMO, still over-done.

Whoa! This dreamy effect really appeals to me! "MY" kind of look. You did a beautiful job -- but then -- the baby is so beautiful -- how could any picture of her NOT be beautiful, right?
