I really like the sense of movement and their bright colors really draw your eye right to them. GREAT use of off center - I love them almost walking out of the shot. I thnk I'd crop the trees out altogether and just have the road. That way there are no distractions away from the women.

I wish you were more on her level vs. looking down on her. I'd like to see maybe the cloth/flag to her bottom right cropped out. It would also make her less centered and delete that bulls eye target sense that it has now. I like the focus and her eyes are very telling. What if you did some burn on the wall behind her to really give OOMPH to it's texture?
