I like the pose and photo overall. Highlights seem a little blown around the nose letting it blend into the background a little too much to me.

I like everything except the fact that I can see the photographer in the reflection. I love the sharpness of the reflection in the glasses, the softness of the face and the blurred background, all nicely done in black and white. The photographer in view kills it for me. If it's a self portrait, are you the model or the photographer in the glasses? Either way, 95% beautiful.
