Really nice image. Too much "dirt" in it. Specifically the stuff hanging around in the air. It that stuff exists because it came from the other similar objects on the surface being touched, well, in my opinion, it should still be cleaned up. It detracts from the image. Specifically the three dots above the finger. At least, that's my opinion.

The background is too busy, a plain background would have been better. Concider using the Rule of Thirds rather than plalcing slap bang in the middle of the picture.
