First off i just have to say thank you for entering the challenge.

Ok first off, this is a cute photgraph dont get me wrong,

it does not meet the challenge, i know she plays with the dog like a toy but its not a toy its living creature,

so lets get to the technicals

The hair over her eyes is really distracting, its not that sharp,
next time, compose here a little beter, make sure you can see her whole face, it would have been cuter if both her and the dog were facing you like side by side,

a little post processing would have been nice,

over all you gave a good attempt to a photograph, you could have tried a little harder though.
