Too much dirt, need more coin. How much is it worth? j/k No really how much?

Comment by pottersclay75:
I think there needs to be more focus on the coin... it is, after all, the main subject of the photo. Get a bit closer... show more of the coin.

Comment by RonRobertson:
I really like the idea and the shot, but I would have liked to see a bit more of the coin.

Comment by LalliSig:
Nice take on the challenge but I find the composition boring, way too centered and I would have liked this image heaps better if the coin were composed somewhere along the rule of thirds composition.

Comment by Longfist:
You could probably pull in a little closer on the coin and have it fill up a lot more of the frame if you can do that with your lense you have. I think it would help the composition out cause the black triangle coming from the right edge of the frame is really distracting.

Thanks for all the comments. I tried getting rid of the washed out area on the face (which is due to a shadow from a rock that is cropped out), but I couldn't get it to look natural.

I rotated the photo 180 degrees to make it look like the polar bear was coming through the water rather than just splashing in it.

negative AND upside-down! I gave this an 8. It is dynamic but most of all, it's scary!

took me a sec to realize this is underwater! Very well done, works well for this challenge, i might have given it a little more contrast. The light spot on the right side of the face is a little unfortunate though.
