Whenever I see birds like this, I always think to myself how uncomfortable that must be to stand on one leg and sleep like that. They do it though, and well. When I see this photo I notice just how bright it is and how the sides of the flamingos have almost no texture due to being blown out.

Nice photograph.
I had the hand totally incorporated in the picture or just let fall outside the picture.
Beautiful dark black with a good drawing in the dark parts.

Please consider the ideas as suggestions.

You gave a lot of importance to the street, instead of the marine.

If my point of view is ok, the main subject is the marine.

In this order I believe you could put more importance in the boats and water.

To do so you can choose another place to take the photo or use some zoom, if available.

Another idea is a wider crop to remove much of the sky.

In the colors iten, I believe you can add a little more contrast.

Hope you like the ideas.
