I'm not sure what mood you are going for with this image, the title says to me tired and worn. The lighting is good, though I think its a bit bright on the left side - that said, I do like how the shoe mostly contains that bright light to the one side giving a nice tonal difference. Great focus but the image doesn't speak to me much - perhaps it would have a bit more drama in b&w? 5

No flour? No Milk? If it really is that easy I'll be making them! : This is a very good shot overall, the cropping, the set up is welld one. The lighting seems to come from a natural source but the egg seems so dark and lost. I had started at a 7 but am bumping up to an 8

I use this recipe frequently. My family calls them cuppa cuppa cuppa cookies.

The lighting seems a little harsh or off. Maybe try bouncing it onto the subject, rather than shining on it directly.

It meets the challenge, and technically is fine, however it could be presented in a more attractive way. Eg: a nice plate instead of plastic, and perhaps having the indgredients measured out instead of in their commercial containers. Just my preference of course.

At first I couldn't tell who was in the photograph until the letters in the upper left caught my eye. I like the idea behind this shot but it really doesn't convey the exposure of the conspiracy behing the killing of JFK. As for the shot, the cropping is well done, the angle of the VHS tape to the book, the glasses sitting on the book. The only think I'm not crazy about is the color chosen, it's coming out a light sepia and I think B&W would have worked better but that's just me. I'm starting this one at an 8
