I really like the full-frame composition, and you've definitely met the challenge, but I'm not sure I like the solarized coloration. I'll still give it a 6 for strong composition and interesting details, though.

Nice closeup of those peanuts showing great texture. Love the lighting. Compositionally, I rather wish more of the dish showed and less black at the bottom. But, of course, that's just my opinion. The border? Well, that white line does distract a bit from the fine photo...

Not bad. Real feeling of warmth, like firelight. Detail and lighting are all as they should be on those nuts (boy I'm glad I didn't go with my nut idea). Placement in frame seems a bit odd - maybe your picture is way brighter than what I'm seeing (though I am gamma-corrected), but the bottom of frame seems to be dead space, and I don't see a compositional use for that.
